J Nui is an Australian rapper and producer of Maori descent. As a teenager, J Nui got into bedroom music production thanks to a limewire-sponsored copy of FL Studio. J Nui has been progressing expansively with a diverse sound - all rooted in fundamental hip hop elements. His debut release ‘Solo’ was backed with solid playlisting from select tastemakers, and the music video bolstered MTV Australia rotation. As a producer, J Nui has recorded, mixed and mastered most of his own projects.
