Noisehive offers premium digital music distribution and hands-on support to independent artists, bands and record labels looking to share their music with the world. Noisehive prides itself on its hands-on approach, with a team of experienced music lovers available to offer support and advice to artists. You probably know us from your email but we thought it was about time you saw our faces.
AMY
I’m Amy. Originally a country gal, I moved to the big city in 2018 to study music business, which led me to an internship at Noisehive. 2 years later I’m now the label manager - the main contact for artists, managers and anyone else wanting to chat about Noisehive! You’ll find me setting up releases, chatting all things marketing and promo, posting on socials and helping our artists get their music out there! The two things I am most passionate about are independent music (that’s why I love my job and helping our talented artists!) and the Richmond Football Club (go Tiges!).
RHI
Hey I'm Rhi, I'm originally from NSW but felt like a sea-change moved to Melbourne in 2018. I've been working in the music industry for 6 years. I made my start by working for various festivals and live music events across Australia before meeting Amy and moving across to music distribution. I’m a huge lover of music and I’m very passionate about the Independent Music scene. You’ll find me on the back end answering your marketing/PR questions, helping to set up your releases, pitching to various DSP and always having a chat about life.
LOCKY
Howdy, I'm Locky - marketing & social media for Noisehive & Xelon Digital. I've had a passion for music since a very young age, however, it took until my first year of university in 2017 to decide that I wanted to make a career out of it. My introduction to the music industry came a few years prior to this through DJing & event management, which allowed me to work alongside some of the very best in Australia's scene. I made the jump to the distribution & marketing side of things in 2018 & haven't looked back since! At Noisehive, I look after the coordination of our Marketing & Social media campaigns and, alongside some of my talented colleagues, pitch our releases to various stores & streaming platforms. There's no better feeling than seeing independent musicians flourish and luckily, at Noisehive, that's our jam.

Hola, I’m Carlos - I have been part of the Xelon & Noisehive family for 3 years now in Marketing & Graphic Design. Everything Art & Music has driven my life so far and I am super happy both passions were able to be joined together in my roles. Together with the marketing team I look forward to pushing boundaries and elevating both Xelon & Noisehive's presence not only for our artists & labels but for Australian Music in general.
JAY
Hey I'm Jay, I have worked in the music industry for over 10 years- from DJing to organising parties & festivals across Australia. In early 2020 I began working with Xelon Digital & Noisehive in Marketing and PR. I coordinate our social media campaigns, our streaming channels, I run our in-house radio servicing & oversee pitching to various platforms.
